Product Construction & Core Technology

▪ Aramid Reinforcement Core

Featuring an Aramid fiber core or load-bearing layer. With a specific strength 5 times higher than steel and minimal elongation, it ensures the conductor remains intact under extreme tension.

▪ Precision Metal Wrapping

Precision silver-plated copper, nickel-plated copper, or specialty alloy wires are wrapped around the core, ensuring electrical performance while achieving exceptional fatigue resistance and bending life.

▪ Hybrid Braiding Process

Supports cross-braiding of metal wires and non-metallic fibers to achieve a perfect balance between physical strength and electrical shielding.
