Our flat wire products offer a thickness range of 0.04 mm–0.15 mm, a width range of 0.30 mm–4.0 mm, and plating thicknesses ranging from 0.50 μm–3.0 μm. Other customized dimensions can be flexibly adjusted based on material properties and specific customer requirements.
By leveraging optimized rolling technology, we achieve flattening ratios as high as 40:1 while maintaining excellent cross-sectional consistency and minimal corner radii, meeting the needs of high-precision structural forming.
Surface Cleanliness and Post-Processing
Our rolling process operates in a dry mode, ensuring the wire surface remains clean and oil-free to avoid secondary contamination. For high-purity applications, such as microelectronics and medical fields, we provide advanced surface treatment processes, including ultrasonic cleaning and chemical cleaning, to guarantee that the wire meets extreme cleanliness standards.
Material Selection and Quality Assurance
We maintain an inventory of various alloy materials, including stainless steel, copper-based alloys, and precious metals, all of which comply with DFARS, REACH, and RoHS regulations. Our technical advisory team is available to provide professional support regarding material supply, selection recommendations, and process matching.
