Our in-house laboratories are equipped to perform a wide range of electrical, physical, metallographic, and chemical analyses.
Rigorous Equipment Calibration & Traceability
We maintain dedicated test stations across all production units. Key inspection tools undergo daily accuracy checks, and all equipment is subject to a strict maintenance and calibration schedule. All calibrations are traceable to national standards, such as the Standardization Administration of China (SAC).
Core Testing Capabilities & Precision Levels
We provide high-precision physical, electrical, and metallographic testing. Our key capabilities include:
· Dimensional Measurement: Resolution of 0.00254 mm; System accuracy of $\pm$0.00127 mm.
· Tensile Testing: Measurement accuracy $\pm$1%; Repeatability of 1%.

· Temperature Resistance: Range from -20°C to 350°C.
