Accurate winding is essential for ensuring smooth payoff and high efficiency during downstream processing, particularly for easily deformed products like flat wire. Improper winding can lead to wire kinking, deformation, production downtime, and material waste.
We provide a comprehensive range of spooling and packaging solutions, supporting various spool types including plastic, composite, and metal materials. For specialized applications, we can utilize customer-provided tooling or in-house designed jigs and fixtures for custom winding. Furthermore, based on parameters such as diameter, strength, and length, wire can be precisely cut and encapsulated in protective tubes or boxes to ensure product integrity during transport and storage.
