Product quality
1. Organize production strictly in accordance with the product specifications, models, quantities, technical specifications, and applicable national and industry standards as set forth in the contract documents. Diligently fulfill the supply contract signed by both parties and ensure that product delivery complies with the contractual requirements.
2. The delivered goods shall be brand-new and unused, manufactured using sophisticated processes and high-quality materials, and shall fully comply with the product’s specified quality, specifications, and performance requirements.
3. Conduct rigorous factory inspection to ensure the pass rate of outgoing products.
4. For any issues that arise after the product leaves the factory, our company will actively assist in resolving them. If the issue is attributable to a defect in our product quality, our company shall bear all responsibility.
Product Price
1. To ensure the product’s high reliability and cutting-edge technology, all raw materials are sourced from domestic or international manufacturers.
2. Under conditions of fair competition, our company is committed to offering you more favorable pricing without compromising product technical performance or altering product components.
Delivery date
1. Product Delivery Schedule: We will strictly adhere to the delivery dates stipulated in the contract. Should there be any special requirements necessitating earlier completion, our company will arrange for dedicated production and installation to the greatest extent possible, with the aim of meeting the customer’s needs.
2. Upon delivery of the products, our company shall provide the following documents to the user: ① Product Technical Specification Sheet; ② Certificate of Conformity; ③ Test Drawings (if required); ④ Supply of Wear Parts.
Returns and Exchanges:
1. Returned or exchanged products must be accompanied by the product’s complete outer packaging, accessories, certificate of conformity, invoice, delivery note, and a written explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
2. If quality issues arise during normal use within the warranty period, please contact our company promptly to ensure timely repair or replacement.
3. The following situations are currently not eligible for our company’s return and exchange policy.
① The product has been subjected to improper use.
② Storage under abnormal conditions; damp.
③ Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, and modification.
④ Damage caused by food and liquid spills.
⑤ Normal wear and tear of the product.
⑥ Out of warranty.
