When will my order ship, and what is the shipping method?

Expected shipping dates and designated delivery methods are explicitly stated in your Sales Contract or Purchase Order (PO) acknowledgment.

Can I expedite my order?

We understand that a steady supply of raw materials is mission-critical to your operations. While we maintain a significant inventory of various raw material sizes and grades to ensure the shortest possible lead times, please note that DHDT is a custom-to-order manufacturer. As we do not stock finished goods for immediate off-the-shelf delivery, and to maintain fairness to all our clients' production schedules, we do not offer a formal "expedited service" that might lead to unrealistic promises. Recommended Solutions for Urgency: If you are facing an urgent shortage, we recommend contacting your Account Manager or Customer Service representative to discuss: ▪ Partial Shipments: Delivering a portion of the order ahead of the full batch. ▪ Premium Freight: Arranging for higher-priority transportation. ▪ Blanket Orders: Setting up scheduled releases to prevent future lead-time issues.

What is your return policy and procedure?

Standard Returns: Because the majority of our wire products are custom-engineered to specific client requirements, returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed. Please contact your Account Manager to determine eligibility. Restocking fees may apply depending on the specific nature of the returned material. ▪ Quality Issues: If a product does not meet specifications or exhibits quality defects, please notify your Account Manager or Customer Service immediately with a detailed description of the findings. ▪ Packaging Responsibility: If a return is authorized for evaluation, please ensure the product is securely repacked. DHDT is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling or inadequate return packaging. Do you accept bulk or blanket orders?

Yes. We encourage clients to place Blanket Orders with scheduled release dates to ensure price stability and consistent supply.
