▪ Selectable Alloy Substrates: We offer Copper-Tin (CuSn), Copper-Silver (CuAg), Copper-Cadmium (CuCd), and various other high-strength resistance alloy substrates.

▪ Precision Dimensional Control: Wire diameters can be as fine as 40μm, with customizable silver plating thicknesses (typically 1.0μm - 3.0μm or calculated by weight percentage).

▪ Diverse Configurations: Beyond single-strand round wire, we support processing silver-plated alloy wire into Flat Wire (Ribbon) or multi-strand Composite Stranded Wire.
