In conventional high-performance conductors, even high-purity Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) contains thousands of grain boundaries per meter. These microscopic boundaries are the primary cause of signal distortion, increased resistance, and electron scattering. Dehong Conductor Technology (DHDT) utilizes advanced Ohno Continuous Casting (OCC) technology to produce near-perfect single-crystal copper conductors.

▪ Ultra-High Purity: Our OCC copper reaches purities of 6N (99.9999%) and above, significantly reducing the noise floor caused by impurities.

▪ Superior Physical Flexibility: Without the stress concentrations found at grain boundaries, OCC copper is more ductile and fatigue-resistant than standard copper, capable of withstanding millions of micro-bends without cracking.

▪ Low Phase-Shift Distortion: In analog signal transmission, OCC copper maintains exceptional phase consistency, restoring the most realistic sense of presence and space.
